General Returns
- Refunds: Refunds are generally not accepted after 3 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 days.- Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 hours of delivery. We will replace the product at no additional cost.
Perishable Items
- Expired Products: If you receive an expired sweet or namkeen, please contact us within 3 hours of delivery. We will replace the product.
- Ice Creams: Due to the perishable nature of ice cream, we do not accept returns for ice cream orders.
